Dheeraj B is associated with the firm’s Corporate and Transactional team, where he works on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and legal due diligence. He is also involved in advising clients on corporate governance and a wide range of commercial matters.
Dheeraj graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, where he was recognised as the Best Outgoing Student of the Batch 2020–2025.
During law school, he participated in numerous moot court competitions, securing awards including Best Researcher and finishing as Runners-up in an international arbitration moot court competition.

P.S.: Dheeraj often finds a place in the basketball team thanks to his height. He makes regular attempts to stick to a gym routine though not always successful and has a special love for Mediterranean cuisine. He also loves being around people and thrives in good company
