Shreyanshi’s practice focuses on transactional and advisory work with a strong emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions. She advises both companies and investors, bringing a balanced understanding of deal dynamics to the table.
Shreyanshi plays an active role in all stages of a transaction, including structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets, share subscription and shareholders’ agreements, business transfer agreements and other transactional documentation. She is adept at identifying key risks and tailoring solutions to align with commercial objectives of clients and navigating complexities of various deals.
Shreyanshi also regularly advise Clients on general corporate matters and assists in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, distribution agreements, joint venture arrangements and other business critical documentation. With her wide range of experience she has strong understanding of both law and business.
Shreyanshi is also associated with the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice and has assisted Clients in prosecution and enforcement of trademarks in India and globally.
Shreyanshi has completed her integrated degree of Bachelors in Law and Arts (Honours) from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
