Pavan Shankar has began his professional journey as a Real Estate Associate with the Chennai team and is involved in title due diligence, verification of land and property documents, regulatory compliances. He holds a BBA LL.B. (Honours) from Christ (Deemed to be University), which has equipped him with a strong foundation in both law and business management. His academic background, combined with extensive internship exposure across courts, corporate legal departments, banks, and advisory firms, has enabled him to develop a balanced understanding of real estate compliance, Corporate law, and contract management.
