Roshini Arun Kumar joined the Chennai office in 2025. She is a law graduate with focused exposure to corporate and commercial practice. She has worked extensively on corporate governance, transaction documentation, arbitration, and insolvency matters during her internships with various law firms.
Roshini has assisted on due diligence exercises, contract review and proofing, corporate compliance, and commercial dispute research. She has also contributed to a statutory commentary on the Arbitration Act as a special editor.
Roshini graduated with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from Christ (Deemed to be) University and is particularly interested in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, and commercial dispute resolution.

In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming and unwinding through music, often discovering new and unknown artists. She also enjoys playing the guitar, which allows her to relax and express her creative side.
