Revathy has been associated with the Bangalore Office since July 2017.

She is a part of the Secretarial Team and has more than 10 years of experience in handling secretarial matters. Her area of expertise includes advising Clients on Corporate Law Matters, Foreign Exchange Management Act Regulations, and general corporate legal issues. She has vast experience in drafting corporate secretarial documents for clients across different industries. She regularly advises Clients on entity set up, matters of corporate governance including regulatory compliances, CSR Compliance and also undertakes Due Diligence as part of various business transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Revathy worked with a reputed CA firm where she was heading the Secretarial Team and was a part of the Virtual CFO Team. She was also involved in advising clients on entity structuring and has delivered sessions on the Companies Act 2013 at the Direct Tax Regional Training Institute (DTRTI), Bengaluru.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
