Since joining our Bangalore Office in January 2020, Alok has been associated with our Secretarial Team, leveraging over five years of experience in corporate secretarial practice. Alok guides the clients on Corporate Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Regulations, and a wide array of general corporate secretarial legal matters. He adeptness in drafting precise corporate secretarial documents which ensures regulatory compliance and strategic alignment for our esteemed clients.
Alok has started his professional journey with the Firm and before joining as Associate he has interned at the Bangalore Office from June 2016 to October 2018.
Alok holds a LLB Degree from Karnataka State Law University, Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the prestigious Bangalore University, and is a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and continuous learning.
