Ms. Neelaaveni has been part of the Bengaluru office for about 6 years. She has been practicing as a Company Secretary since 2012 and has a total work experience of about 15 years.

She has hands on experience in providing secretarial services to corporate entities across various industries and advisory services relating to legal, corporate governance and compliance matters of such entities. The scope of her professional forte spans from incorporation of companies, LLPs, OPCs to overseeing their timely compliances and related filings with statutory authorities , maintenance of statutory register and secretarial records of the entities, and advising on best practices in corporate governance

Ms. Neelaaveni holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Government Law College, Coimbatore affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai and is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
