Muskan has been associated with the Bangalore Office since February 2023.

She is a part of the Secretarial Team and has hands-on experience in handling secretarial matters for clients across different industries. She undertakes secretarial compliances and compliances under the Foreign Exchange Management Act Regulations, for various foreign subsidiary companies and is also involved in the Due Diligence of investee companies.

Muskan completed her management training from a reputed Company Secretaries firm in Kolkata, where she worked extensively on corporate law matters as part of their Secretarial Team.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
