Yatharth Jain has been with the Firm since July , 2024.
Yatharth Jain is an Associate at our New Delhi Office. Presently, he is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and focuses on assisting and advising clients in corporate and commercial dispute. He is also actively involved in civil, arbitration and commercial litigation matters, making regular appearances before various Courts/Tribunals. He has represented various MNCs and Government organizations .
Yatharth holds an integrated degree of Bachelor’s in Law and Arts (Honours) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
