Divya is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Chugh Universal Legal. She regularly assists with transaction documentation, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and advising on corporate regulatory, secretarial, allied compliance matters, and legal research.

She holds a BA LLB from SASTRA University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Law (MBL) at NLSIU. Her background includes IBC litigation, with pleadings and appearances before the NCLT and NCLAT, as well as in-house FinTech experience managing general corporate affairs and technology contracts.
