Aakriti is a seasoned legal professional with over seven years of experience advising clients on a wide range of matters and multifarious issues. Aakriti’s core areas of practice include General Corporate & Commercial, Regulatory Advisory and Transactions, Intellectual Property & Privacy Laws, Employment, amongst others.

Aakriti is recognised for her precision-driven approach, strong commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges. She routinely advises a varied clientele comprising multinational corporations, start-ups, and industry leaders on critical corporate transactions and advisory mandates.

Prior to her joining the Firm, Aakriti led key engagements, including independently advising a leading Japanese conglomerate on its amalgamation process in India, where her role encompassed strategic oversight of contractual due diligence. She has also been closely involved in advising on complex contractual transactions involving intellectual property, domain disputes, data privacy, and employment, amongst others.

Aakriti holds an LL.B. degree from Bharatiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature [B.A. English (Hons.)] from the University of Delhi. She is also certified and qualified as a Data Privacy & Compliance Lead Implementer for Personal Information Management System [GDPR & ISO 27701:2019] by the British Standards Institution.
