Sandeep Kaur is a qualified Company Secretary and Principal Associate at the firm’s Delhi office. She has been associated with the firm since 2018 and has steadily advanced to her current leadership role, bringing a wealth of expertise in corporate legal and compliance matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Ms. Kaur was earlier associated with the Lahag Group and DLF Limited, where she gained rich experience in corporate secretarial functions. With over 10 years of professional experience, Ms. Kaur regularly advises Indian and international clients on a broad spectrum of corporate law and regulatory compliance issues. Her core areas of practice include secretarial compliances, corporate governance, FEMA and NBFC regulations, listing compliances, and regulatory filings. She also specializes in conducting due diligence and preparing status reports for Indian companies, structuring commercial arrangements, and drafting a variety of commercial documents.
