Bharvi has been associated with the Firm’s New Delhi office since 2017 and currently leads the Dispute Resolution team. He brings with him a strong track record of successfully representing corporate entities, financial institutions, government bodies, and individual clients in a wide array of disputes.
His core areas of practice include civil, criminal, commercial, and arbitration matters. Bharvi appears regularly before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, and Consumer Commissions across India.

Bharvi holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Shimla. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh and also appears before the Hon’ble Himachal Pradesh High Court as well as other courts across the State. Bharvi is also a registered member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

In addition to his litigation and arbitration work, Bharvi frequently advises and represents clients on dispute resolution strategies, including pre-litigation, regulatory, and arbitration proceedings, helping them mitigate legal risks and navigate complex commercial challenges with clarity and precision.
