Somasundararajan B is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A Team at Chugh Universal Legal. He excels in drafting contracts and agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and managing corporate regulatory matters. He also supports the team in handling secretarial compliance and advisory work.
He holds an Honours B.B.A. LL.B. with a specialization in Corporate Law from the School of Law, UPES. In collaboration with UPES, he completed a certified course in Business Law from the London School of Business and Economics.
