Ajay is both an Advocate and a Company Secretary, having 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory advisory, corporate restructuring, and litigation under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, LLP Regulations, and the FCRA.
Ajay holds an LLB degree from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. Prior to joining the Firm, Ajay worked in Fox Mandal & Associates, Chennai.
