Aayush Jayesh Modi is the head of the Ahmedabad office at IC Universal Legal. He provides expert legal counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of issues, including intellectual property protection and prosecution, civil litigation, and other related legal requirements.
His responsibilities encompass managing various Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) activities, such as filing applications, registration, and prosecution. Additionally, Aayush handles civil litigation cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. He also advises clients on the drafting and execution of Agreements related to Intellectual Property Rights, Franchising, and Licensing.
Aayush is currently enrolled with the Gujarat Bar Association and is duly authorized to practice before the Gujarat High Court and various lower courts throughout the State of Gujarat.
Prior to his current position, Aayush gained international experience working as a Legal Consultant at The Chugh Firm in the United States. There, he collaborated with the Corporate Litigation team and assisted the Immigration team with non-immigrant Visa Applications.
