Akash practices Corporate and Risk Advisory at the firm and advises a diverse clientele ranging from multinational corporations to emerging businesses on complex cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment in India and exchange controls, intellectual property, acquisitions & merger of MNCs, large and mid-size corporations, private equity and general corporate legal issues. His expertise extends to structuring joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and navigating high-stakes commercial negotiations with precision.
Akash also has experience at interpreting Indian regulatory frameworks, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations and the Indian Contract Act and providing strategic advice to clients on corporate governance, regulatory risk and compliance.
Akash also advises clients on dispute resolution matters involving commercial contracts, shareholder issues and regulatory proceedings including arbitration and litigation strategy.
Akash’s practice also encompasses project finance, renewable energy, and direct tax related issues.
He holds graduate degrees in science and law from the University of Jabalpur and graduated with top ranks in law.
