RATNESH SHAH has been with the Firm since June 2022.

Ratnesh Shah serves as a Senior Associate, specializing in matters related to Intellectual Property Rights, both domestic and international. His responsibilities include drafting and vetting commercial contracts, as well as assisting clients with contract preparation and ensuring legal compliance. In addition, Ratnesh is actively involved with the Litigation and Arbitration wing of the firm, where he contributes to drafting, research, and strategy development for various civil and criminal litigation cases and arbitration matters. He frequently supports the litigation team by appearing before courts such as Trial Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals to provide valuable assistance and representation.

Ratnesh holds a B.Com. LLB (Hons) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, an LL.M in International Taxation Law from Bournemouth University, UK, and a Cyber Security certificate from Stanford University, USA. He has extensive experience working with law firms and appearing before various courts.

During his five year degree program, he had undertaken internships with various law firms and with Advocates of Trial Court and other High Courts. Further, during his masters, he has participated in various international taxation related events. During his masters, he has participated in various international programs enabling him gain purposeful insights
