Roshni joined the Firm in August 2020 and is currently a key member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
Her practice areas span across General Corporate Advisory, Family Laws, Employment & HR Regulations, with focus on preparing and reviewing a wide array of commercial and legal agreements in accordance with Indian Contract Act. Roshni also handles testamentary matters and advises Clients on inheritance and succession laws.
Roshni also handles transactional matters and regularly conducts due diligence on entities and advises on transactional documentation.
Roshni is also actively involved in compliance advisory under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She regularly assists Clients in formulating and implementing comprehensive POSH Policy, training internal stakeholders, and constituting Internal Committees (IC) in compliance with statutory requirements.
Roshni completed her B.A., LL.B. degree from School of Law, Christ, Bengaluru in 2019. She further pursued her LL.M. degree majoring in Cross Border Business and Finance Law from Singapore Management University, Singapore (‘SMU’), which she completed in 2020, equipping her with an international perspective on commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks.
