Sneha is associated with the Firm since 2014.

She has expertise in private equity, employment, intellectual property and personal laws. She has been involved in several domestic and cross-border transactions and regularly advises Clients on investment, exit strategies and regulatory matters. She also advises on all aspects of corporate contracts in India, as well as multijurisdictional cross-border transactions.

She regularly provides bespoke advice to Clients on complex employment law issues pertaining to workforce structuring, contentious senior management exits, reductions in labour force, employee transfers, integrations, workplace harassment, enforceability of non-compete and non-solicitation obligations and other restrictive covenants, implications for and liabilities under various statutory labour enactments, etc. She also conducts training sessions that sensitize HR teams and senior management on anti-harassment laws and appropriate complaint redressal in cases of discrimination and harassment. She also has experience in handling white collar crimes.

She also has experience in handing and advising Clients on all aspect of prosecution and enforcement of Trademarks, evaluating and advising Clients on third-party IP rights, infringements, formulating protection strategies of their IP portfolio.

She handles testamentary matters and advises on inheritance and succession matters.

She has been recognized by India Business Law Journal as one of the Future Legal Leader, 2024.
