Suman K Suresh has been associated with the Bangalore office since September 2012.
His primary area of practice is Civil and Corporate Litigation. He has assisted both companies and individuals in real estate ventures, including real estate debt transactions and labour law matters. Suman has successfully advised Clients ranging from companies and builders to individual stakeholders on land title investigations and the drafting of various transactional documents such as Joint Development Agreements, Corporate Leases, Sale and Rental Agreements, Service Agreements, Revenue Sharing Agreements, and General Powers of Attorney.
He also represents Clients in criminal matters and regularly advises companies on intellectual property matters, including the drafting of Software Licensing Agreements, End User Licensing Agreements and related documentation.
Suman holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Bangalore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from the National Law School of India University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of London.
