Archana has been associated with the Firm since 2025 and is a member of the Corporate Team, based in the Bangalore office. 

With almost a decade of experience, her practice areas include general corporate, commercial and employment laws. 

Archana regularly advises on a broad range of corporate matters including corporate advisory and documentation and has significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. She also assists in transactional matters, including conducting due diligence, providing advisory support and handling transactional documentation.

In the employment law space, she regularly provides tailored, strategic advice to clients on a wide spectrum of issues, drawing on her legal expertise and practical understanding of workplace dynamics to deliver clear commercially focused solutions.
