Sreevarshini N.K. is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team. She is involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including due diligence exercises, transaction structuring, and the drafting and review of general corporate agreements.
She holds an LL.B (3-year) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has a keen interest in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business transactions.
